Checkpoint Resident Help

In general, most requests or questions regarding your resident account can be answered by contacting your HOA manager.

You can ask your property manager to resend your login credentials to you, or use the forgot password link located under the login form at [community website name].checkpointportal.com.

The resident portal is located at [community website name].checkpointportal.com. Your community manager can provide the community url to you.

The QR code required by the app is located in the Resedent Web Portal located at [community website name].checkpointportal.com. Your community manager can provide the link to the website if you are unsure of the URL.

A recent update to the app may have caused this issue on some devices, but has since been fixed and should no longer be causing problems. If for some reason you are still experiencing issues, uninstalling and reinstalling the app will correct the issue.

This means the Security certificate for the Checkpoint Server has probably expired and needs to be renewed. Contact your property manager and request that they renew the SSL Certificate through Cypress Access Systems.
